Agreement to terms

By booking a diagnostic call, engaging Hunddlers' services, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or engage our services.

Services

Hunddlers provides patient acquisition diagnosis and marketing services for healthcare clinics, currently medspas and TMS clinics. Services are delivered under one of three plans: the Pilot, Local Growth, or Brand Authority, as described on our pricing page. Specific deliverables for your engagement will be confirmed on your diagnostic call.

The Pilot guarantee

The Pilot plan includes a specific guarantee: if fewer than 5 qualified leads are generated within 30 days of launch, the $250 fee is refunded in full, and you keep any assets built during that period. This guarantee is conditional on maintaining at least $300 in your own ad spend during that 30-day window. A qualified lead is defined as a real, local person who has expressed direct interest in a treatment you offer.

Ad spend

Advertising spend is always separate from fees paid to Hunddlers, and is billed directly to you through your own ad account. Hunddlers does not take a percentage of your ad spend and does not manage your payment method for advertising platforms.

Payment terms

The Pilot is a one-time payment with no ongoing contract. Local Growth carries a 6-month minimum commitment. Brand Authority includes a one-time build fee plus ongoing monthly payment. Specific payment terms and schedules will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Cancellation

The Pilot has no long-term contract and can be discontinued at any time after the guarantee period. Local Growth and Brand Authority plans may include minimum terms as stated at the time of purchase; specific cancellation terms will be provided in your service agreement.

What Hunddlers does not guarantee

Beyond the specific Pilot guarantee described above, Hunddlers does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, patient volume beyond the qualified lead definition, or results for Local Growth or Brand Authority plans outside their stated guarantees. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your clinic's own follow-up speed, pricing, and patient experience.

Client responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate information about your business, maintaining your own ad account and payment methods, responding to leads in a timely manner, and complying with any applicable healthcare advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

Assets built specifically for your clinic, pages, creatives, and scripts, become yours upon payment, including in cases where the Pilot guarantee is triggered and a refund is issued. Hunddlers retains ownership of its own internal processes, methodologies, and any proprietary tools used to deliver services.

Limitation of liability

Hunddlers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost profits or lost patients, beyond the specific refund guarantee stated in these terms.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Meta advertising, Calendly, and CRM software. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these third parties that affect your campaign.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law
